2024 Camp Information
Partial and full scholarships are available for all programs and can be applied for through our registration form.
All Trust Tree programs are led by our esteemed staff of women artists, musicians and award-winning arts educators, many of whom are teachers in the Little Rock School District.
All instruments and materials will be provided by Trust Tree for all programs.
Registration for all camps includes a Trust Tree T-shirt designed with this summer’s theme, Colorful Connections, in mind!

2024 SONGWRITING
& ART CAMP
Monday June 10 - Friday June 14, 2023
Monday June 17 - Friday June 21 2024*
*Please note: This is a two-week camp.
Camp will be CLOSED Wed June 19 in observance of Juneteenth.

Ages: 12 - 18
Pricing: Standard: $450 | Supporter level: $500
Partial and full scholarships available at registration
In this full-day camp, campers will get acquainted with different instruments and explore various aspects of songwriting with the goal of composing their own original song (solo or in a group) by the end of the week.
Visual art projects will give campers a chance to explore different art styles, media, and materials while finding new ways to express themselves through art.
No previous experience is required.

2024 VISUAL CONNECTIONS ART WORKSHOP

In this mixed media visual art program exploring painting, drawing, weaving, and collage, each camper will have the opportunity to create an independent artwork using their chosen medium and contribute to a group art project.
No previous experience is required.
Programs that pair well with this program: Campers 10/11 years old may pair our Visual Connections camp with our Colorful Creators camp for a full-day camp (9am-4pm).
Songwriting & Art Camp (Visual Connections campers ages 12-16 may participate)
2024 COLORFUL
CREATORS CAMP
Monday June 24 - Fri June 28, 2024

Ages: 8 - 11
Pricing: Standard: $250 | Supporter level: $300

This half-day camp focuses on self-expression through music and art for those in the beginning stages of their artistic journeys. Campers will create visual art projects, learn a tune on ukulele, and try out beginner rhythm and songwriting exercises.
No previous experience is required.
Programs that pair well with this program: Campers 10/11 years old may pair our Visual Connections camp with our Colorful Creators camp for a full-day camp (9am-4pm).
2024 ADVANCED SONGWRITING WORKSHOP

Ages: 13 - 18
Pricing: Standard: $200 | Supporter level: $250
Partial and full scholarships available at registration
Our Advanced Songwriting Workshop is an independent study for those with previous songwriting experience. Through one-on-one mentorship with a member of our team of esteemed women songwriters, participants will fine tune their songs and examine song structure and lyric composition of familiar songs by favorite songwriters.
Some previous musical and songwriting experience is required. Examples of appropriate experience to attend this program are:
Previous experience writing songs alone or in a group
Comfort playing an instrument at an intermediate level
Previous year participation in Trust Tree’s two-week Songwriting & Art Camp
